the whole personal space thing may be true, while i was snorkeling in green turtle cay in the bahamas, i was approached by one approxamatley 4 1/2′ feet, while i was getting back into my dinghy, my blue metallic fin fell off and started to drift away, the barracuda was apparently just attracted by that and followed that, after we retrieved the fin, it was unseen for about 20-25 minutes, when we lifted anchor it was right under the boat
