where in the world do you think would be the prettiest place to scuba dive?

I live in Washington State and would like to travel and scuba while doing so. Any suggestions on good places to go? Thanks for your help.
I have been diving in many parts of the world but seeing as you live in washington state,why not scoot up to the British Columbia coast it is rated to have some of the very best diving in north america (not as warm as the south but very beautiful fantastic views) and its close and the exchange rate isnt to bad eithier and you could probally drive!! otherwise Grand Cayman,Cozumel,Belize,Bahammas,Puerto Rico,Hawiai,Great barrier reef.(australiia) or search under "diving" there is alot of info there!
Rajah Ampat Indonesia. It’s the center of ocean biodiversity… Has to be the #1 diving in the world!
I have heard Great Barrier Reef in Austrailia tops them all by a long shot. This is on my to do list before I die.

There are so many beautiful places to dive it would be impossible to list them all. Pick one you can afford to go to and enjoy. If you can afford to get there, Thailand has some really wonderful diving. Staying there is cheap, too.

Cozumel, Cancun, Florida Keys, Belize, Aruba, Bonaire, Curacao, the list is endless. Depends on what kind of diving your into. You’d be surprised where you can go diving. I was at a quarry not to long ago that had been flooded and now served as a diving spot, and it is at least 1000 miles from and coast! A word of advise since I’ve been diving for a couple of years (26). Plan it, go prepared, and pray for good weather.

I’ve been diving off the shores of Belize in Central America. They have a barrier reef there and there are cayes that dive boats can take you to. These are beautiful reefs where there are large colorful corals, many types of tropical fish, and sponges, sea turtles, manta, eagle and sting rays, etc. It was a lot more affordable than going all the way to Australia, and Belize is considered to be an extremely great place to dive.
I stayed on the island of Ambergris Caye, the barrier reef was just off shore there, I sometimes chose to do night dives and day dives there. But, my best day of diving was when the dive boat took us out to Half Moon Caye and we dove among colorful corals and sponges and fish. Then we boated out to the Great Blue Hole, which is a large vertical underwater cave with GIANT stalagmites and stalactites underwater, you can swim around these and look down below and see sharks (we saw 8 sharks!), and up close to the surface is a coral reef with colorful fish, then I remember another caye we went to and hiked part of the island and saw many red footed boobies (birds), and frigate birds. All in all GREAT FUN!
By the way, Ambergris Caye was a nice dive tourist spot, very friendly. The mainland of Belize, I’ve heard, is not nearly as nice for tourists.

Almost anywhere in the Caribbean, because the water is so clear, but especially the southwest coast of Curacao, and Bonaire, and the Palancar reef off Cozumel.
