How good is Scuba Diving in Puerto Vallarta? Any recommended spots or diving companies? Thanks!!!?

We haven’t heard much about the diving there, and are about to head to a family vacation there. We’re avid divers and would love to dive if the diving’s reasonably good. Thanks!
Scuba diving in PV is no as good in Cabos or Cancun, Cozumel etc. but El Morro. Anegados, Las Marietas Island, Los arcos and Caletas. Take a look in :

Scuba Diving in pv is not the best.
The best to dive is in the Marietas Islands.

If you’ve been scuba diving in Cancun, or anywhere in the Caribbean, you will be disappointed in the diving in PVR. However, it is a beautiful city with many things to do.

While not world class, diving at the Marietas Islands is decent. Vallarta Adventures and Geronimo are to good tour companies. Also there is Chico’s Dive Shop.
