I had to swim 200 yards and tread for 15 min. THAT was the hardest part. Other than that, Its all fun. Oh, yeah, the skin dive, I had to swim under water for 40 feet after diving straight down 12. The weight belt kinda sucks too during surface exercises.

!!! tODAY I just did my first diving and it was awsome!! i’m in love with scuba diving!! but i did the SSI not the padi but some peaople say to me that is exactly the same thing!!
yes you are allowed …
yes you are allowed to get your Ocean Water certification when you are 16 and over. Yeah You have to be a good swimmer in order to dive. When you go diving you are fine with little swimming experience but when things go wrong its good to learn how to swim. Overall I suggest you become a better swimmer

yeah it’s possible but don’t rush it. Diving is a dangerous activity and you need to know what to do when things go wrong. I suggest you take time to learn about it all.

are you retarded? You have to be 16 to get an OW cert, 10 and younger is called Junior diving. and Yes you need to be able to swim in order to dive.
