This instructional video demonstrates the proper techniques for determining how much weight to wear for your dive depending on where you plan to scuba dive.

There are three main categories of water temperature. They are warm water (75+ degrees Fahrenheit), temperate water (60-75 degrees), and cold water (45-60 degrees). Scuba diving in these different conditions require a varying amount of weight; this video will talk about each category and how you should weight yourself before your dive.

Extreme scuba diving -Dead Sea underwater scenery.wmv

Diving in the Dead Sea is one of the most unusual and unique scuba diving experiences in the world. Most divers don’t imagine it is even possible at all. The amazing underwater scenery with its magnificent salt consolidation is breathtaking. In a clear day you can expect to see the salt crystals shining like million diamonds. The best description is probably the reaction of one of our divers right after his dive: “It is all covered white. It’s like diving in an ocean of ice, but the temperature and the weight you are carrying on you, remind you you are not”

GoPro HD Scuba Dive – Blue Hole in Guam

Boat dive to the Blue Hole in Guam, a 127ft-130ft deep exit and slow ascend back.

This is the first video I have taken underwater, and the first one using the GoPro HD camera. You can clearly see well the camera works on the surface but, once underwater it shows signs of blurred image — this was addressed by the GoPro team saying that they will soon provide a new housing with better lens.

This is a great and fun dive that you should try if you are visiting or living in Guam, just remember to check your depth gauge frequently because the drop after the hole can go as deep as 300ft.
