Can you get scuba diving equipment for horses?

I want to be able to ride my horse under water for an art project. Also, how long can a horse hold its breath for?

I would suggest you change your art project. What makes you think your horse would want to scuba dive?

No you cannot. Horses cant hold there breath very long, and they become frantic if they lose air supply. Underwater is not a good idea.
