I normally don’t get headaches. But I’ve noticed after scuba diving I have a throbbing headache for a short period of time and then it goes away. Okay, there’s pressure changes and gear and whatnot in diving, so that doesn’t worry me. But I also get them during my yoga class. I usually just keep working through them and they go away, but it worries me. Could it be from holding my breath? Is this normal?
You shouldn’t be holding your breath for yoga…if they continue, and you’re worried, talk to your doctor.
I don’t know that you’ll get an answer here. It doesn’t sound like anything too serious, but if I were you I would consult my doctor.
He or she would certainly be better qualified to answer this question.
