Myanmar expedition 2007. Buddhist monks and Burmese girls and boys from Kaw Thaung on the Burma / Thailand border and underwater footage from scuba diving in the Mergui Archipelago.
Featuring diverse marine life including whale shark and eagle ray at Black Rock, octopus, lionfish, snapper and other schooling fish, jellyfish, nurse shark and stingrays at Shark Cave, scorpionfish, crocodilefish, cave diving at Western Rocky Island, barracuda, anemonefish, crabs, and moray eels with cleaner shrimp.

I think the diver’s shot this near Thataygyun, which Burma has leased to Thai businessmen. I’d never dreamed of having such beautiful marine life in Burma’s territory. Too bad the Burmese regime let the Thais exploit Burma”s natural wealth.

Burma (Myanmar) was a crown British Colony. It did well for nearly 200 years and Rangoon was a thriving city. They decided to be a republic and declare complete independence from the UK. You get what you deserve. I would only help them if they decided to be a Dominion again
