where can you go scuba diving or surfing in san diego?

im going in vacation to san diego, and im not sure where you can go sufing or scuba diving around there, but i need it to be in a resonable price range..
la jolla cove:)
you can go in yourself.. or if you wanted a guided tour it is also reasonable.

Just don’t go surfing in Coronado, everywhere else has better waves, but Mission Beach, Pacific Beach, Ocean Beach, and sunset cliffs are always good places to go… As for scuba, try google. In the summer the first three breaks I mentioned are basically the same beach break and sunset cliffs is a reefbreak further off.
